Helen Lillian Cook

Helen Lillian Cook, age 70, passed away from this life on Wednesday, July 5, 2023. Helen was born on October 7, 1952, in Weatherford, Texas to Harvey Mayers Sr. and Eddie Hull Mayers. She loved helping the elderly and spent her life devoted to the care of others as a certified nursing assistant at Holland Lake Nursing & Rehab. She loved her family very dearly and enjoyed spending time with them every chance she got. Helen's memory will be cherished, and she will be greatly missed.

Helen is survived by her children, Pam Jones and husband Jim of Stigler, OK, James Cook and wife Jennifer of Muskogee, OK, Mark Cook of Weatherford, TX, and Neil Cook of WY; and siblings, Thomas Mayers of San Angelo, TX, Harvey Mayers and wife Lisa of Weatherford, TX, Wanda Loug and husband Glen of Weatherford, TX, Linda Mosier of Greenville, TX, Jimmy Mayers and wife Vonda of Weatherford, TX, and Ida Mayers of Greenville, TX. She was preceded in death by her parents.

A graveside service will be held at 10:30 a.m., on Monday, July 10, 2023, at the Johnson Cemetery.
