Inez Middlebrooks

Inez Middlebrooks, age 99, of Hurst, died on Tuesday, September 16, 2008 in Bedford, Texas. She was born March 7, 1909 in Cumby, Texas, a resident of Weatherford for many years before moving to the Fort Worth area. She was a homemaker, retired school teacher, member of the Calvary Methodist Church and held a BA and Masters Degree in Elementary Education from ETSU. Mrs. Miiddlebrooks was preceded in death by her husband, W.L. Middlebrooks, a daughter, Vanda Vititow, sister, Ione Fulfer and a brother, A. D. Hayslip. Survivors; Daughter – Wanda McKain of Euless, Son-in-law Bob Vititow,    Six Grandchildren – Robert Vititow and wife Donna, Sandi Kilgore and husband Norman, Shelli Cantrell and husband Kelley, Kelli Sluder and husband Malcolm, Paul McKain and wife Amy, Tim McKain and wife Kristy, 14 Great Grandchildren and 2 Great-Great-Grandchildren. Graveside service will be held at 12:30 PM Friday, September 19, 2008, in Memory Gardens Cemetery. Visitation will be at the funeral home at 11:00 on Friday prior to the service.
