Jack David Wolfsen, age 72, passed from this life to his Eternal Home onThursday, October 7, 2021, in Fort Worth, Texas. Jack was born February 4, 1949, in Sutter Creek, California to Alvar Kincaid Wolfsen and Stelle Mary (Jazwinski) Wolfsen. He was a stone mason by trade and a gifted, talented artist. He enjoyed riding motorcycles and spoiling his grandchildren.
In addition to his parents, Alvar and Stelle Wolfsen, Jack was preceded in death by his brother, Harvey Wolfsen.
Left to cherish his memory are his loving wife, Yvonne (Mathis) Wolfsen of Weatherford, Texas; daughter and son-in-law, Angel Melissa (Bruce) LeGate of Weatherford, Texas; son and daughter-in-law, Michael D. (Leslie) Wolfsen of Weatherford, Texas; sister, Marie Johnson of Carson City, Nevada; grandchildren: Blake (Savannah) Mathis of Edmond, Oklahoma; Ethan Johnson of Oyster Bay, New York; Mady, Rylie, and Haley Wolfsen of Weatherford, Texas; step-grandchildren: Gator, Gunner, and Saylor LeGate of Weatherford, Texas; and great grandchild, Hudson Mathis of Edmond, Oklahoma.
A memorial service will be held at 11:00 a.m., on Tuesday, October 12, 2021, at the Galbreaith Pickard Funeral Chapel, 913 N. Elm Street, Weatherford, Texas 76086.
