Jackie Newman

Jackie Newman, 71, of Weatherford passed away Thursday, May 12, 2016 in the local hospital. Jackie was born February 22, 1945 in Barren County, Kentucky to Ulner Young and Mildred Young Summers. She was a homemaker who devoted her entire life to her family. Jackie was a member of the Methodist church and enjoyed gardening. She was preceded in death by her parents, sister, Joyce Butler and brothers, Billy and Denver Young. Survivors: husband, Lowell Dean Newman, Jr; daughters, Dana Mayberry and husband Ron, Tracy Neatrour and fiancé David Blake; sisters, Dorothy Hankins, Virginia Rapier and Dolors Tufte; brothers, Alvin and TJ Young; grandchildren, Amber Dassinger, Kassandra Neatrour, Taylor Price, Gabriel Neatrour, Lindsey Boettger and Megan Mayberry.
 
 


Visitation: 2-4 p.m., Sunday, May 15, 2016 at Galbreaith-Pickard Funeral Chapel
Funeral: 2 p.m., Monday, May 16 at Galbreaith-Pickard Funeral Chapel.
Burial: Greenwood Community Cemetery
