James Michael Fletcher

James Michael Fletcher, 70, of Azle passed away Monday, October 2, 2017. Memorial service: 11a.m, Saturday, October 7, 2017 at First United Methodist Church in Weatherford, with visitation to begin at 10a.m. Interment will take place at a later date in Richmond, Missouri. Mike was born October 27, 1946 in Pensacola, Florida to Wilbur and Elsie James Fletcher. He retired as a crew chief for American Airlines after 37 years. He was a member of First United Methodist Church in Weatherford. Mike was an eagle scout, an avid traveler, hunter and fisherman. He also enjoyed golfing and watching sports. Mike is preceded in death by his parents and his nephew, Paul Fletcher. Survivors include his wife of 18 years, Gayla; daughters, Sandy Blake and husband Mitch, Kristen Fletcher and Angela White and husband Jeff; three grandsons; brother, Matt Fletcher; niece, Janet Amor and nephew, Adam Fletcher.
