James Albert "Giacamo" Stoltz

December 16, 1958 — June 1, 2024

James Albert "Giacamo" Stoltz was surrounded by love as he peacefully departed from this life on Saturday, June 1, 2024, at the age of 65. He was born on December 16, 1958, in Vicenza, Italy, to his loving late parents James A. Stoltz, Sr. and Nieves Stoltz.

Giacamo's Italian heritage held a special place in his heart, with his grandmother being a significant influence on his passion for cooking. Following the completion of his college education and earning a bachelor's, he dedicated himself to a successful career in the restaurant industry as an executive chef. At one point, he even owned a cooking academy where he shared his culinary expertise with others. His love for people shone through in every dish he prepared.

Beyond his culinary achievements, Giacamo delved into various business ventures over the years. He had a knack for customer service and ventured into owning a gun store as well as working as a real estate agent. In his leisure time, Giacamo found joy in the slow pace of playing golf and wishfully admired the style and speed of the Porsche GT-3.
