Jason Timothy Rawlings

Jason Timothy Rawlings, 35, of Weatherford, passed away Saturday morning, July 15, 2017, at his home, following a long and courageous fight against cancer.
A memorial service celebrating his life will be held at 11 A.M., on Saturday, July 22, the Galbreaith Pickard Funeral Chapel, 913 N. Elm Street, in Weatherford. Burial will be private. Visitation will be held from 10 A.M. until the time of the service, Saturday, at the funeral home.
Jason was born February 22, 1982, in Glendora, California, to Timothy and Pam Rawlings. On December 10, 2015 Jason married his soul mate and best friend, Sarah Criss. He worked as an HVAC technician for Slocum Heating and Air in Weatherford. Jason enjoyed motor sports including racing motorcross and building custom cars. Despite this long illness, Jason never lost his work ethic or his sarcastic sense of humor. Most of all, Jason cherished time spent with his family – particularly with his wife and children.
Jason is survived by his wife, Sarah; children, Hayden, Hayley, and Rylan Rawlings; his father, Timothy Rawlings; mother, Pamela Craig; sister, Shannon Hillger; brothers, Joshua Krammer, Joshua Baruch and Justin Baruch; grandparents, Jim and Norma Pigg, Shirley Menke and Kathleen Nolan; and by numerous aunts, uncles, cousins, nieces, nephews, and friends.
Jason was preceded in death by his grandfather, Richard Rawlings and mother, Ellen Rawlings.
