Jerrell Wayne Moyer

Jerrell Wayne Moyer, 71, of Weatherford died December 12, 2011 in a local nursing home. Jerrell was born October 7, 1940 in Weatherford to Jesse Lee Moyer and Stella Mae Moyer.  He lived in Weatherford and Parker County all his life.  He worked for several aircraft companies in his lifetime and retired from Bell Helicopter after twenty-seven years. He loved living in the country, fishing, hunting, target practice and above all he loved his Lord, family and friends.  He was a member of Fellowship Baptist Church. He is survived by his loving wife of 49 years,  Charleen Fowler Moyer; mother, Stella Moyer; daughter, Lisa Hamilton; son, Joseph Moyer; two granddaughters, Shelby Hamilton and Holley Hamilton; one sister, Jane Shaw and husband, Woody; one sister-in-law, Ercell McReynolds and husband Butch; one brother-in-law, Randy Fowler and wife, Sandy and many other relatives.
Funeral service: 2 P.M. Wednesday at Galbreaith Pickard.  Visitation is from 6 to 8 PM Tuesday at the funeral home.
