Jerry Lee Slate

Jerry Lee Slate departed from this life on Monday, September 18, 2023, at age 81. Jerry was born June 30, 1942, to the late James and Almeda Slate. He worked as a Credit Manager at ACME Brick for 46 years prior to his retirement. Jerry enjoyed shooting sports and fishing with his brothers in law, Rick and Donnie. He will be remembered for his good nature, compassion for others, and hard work ethic.

Jerry is survived by his beloved wife, Pamela Webb of Hudson Oaks, Texas; daughter and her spouse, Tammy and Joseph Myers; grandchildren, Branson Wilson, Karsyn Myers, and Cash Myers; brother, Milton Slate; cousin and her spouse, Jere and Will Martin; and by many nieces and nephews.

A time of visitation is scheduled from 4:00 p.m. to 6:00 p.m., Sunday, September 24, 2023, at Galbreaith Pickard Hilltop Chapel, 4941 I-20 Frontage Rd, Willow Park, Texas 76087.

A graveside service will be held at 2:00 p.m., Monday, September 25, 2023, at Memory Gardens Cemetery, Weatherford, Texas.
