Jim Wilson Vidrine, age 84, of Weatherford, died Tuesday, September 28, 2010 at his residence. Born September 17, 1926 in Eunice, Louisiana, a resident of Parker County for several years., Jim was a Petroleum Engineer and veteran of the U. S. Navy and the Marines.
Survivors: wife of 57 years, Helen Vidrine of Weatherford; daughter, Jean Ann Kirk and husband, Sean of New York; sons, Jim Vidrine and wife, Jodie of Plano and Bill Vidrine and wife, Diana, of Bahrain; sister, Rose Comeaux of Eunice, Louisiana; grandchildren, Crystal Andrew, Angela Fitzroy, Adam Long, David Vidrine, Tara Long, Jessica Vidrine, Logan Vidrine, Chelsea Rivera, Gavin Rivera, Jackie Vidrine, Troy Vidrine; great grandsons, Marcus, Jacob, Grant, Ethan, Landon, Jake Allen.
Rosary 6:30 pm Friday at Galbreaith Pickard Funeral Chapel. Funeral service Saturday, October 2, 2010 at Galbreaith Pickard. A reception will follow at Fairfield Inn, south of the Interstate 175 Alford Dr. Weatherford, Texas.
Memorial may be sent to the St. Stephens Catholic Church or DAV (Disabled American Veterans).
