Jl Reddell

Mr. J L (Red) Reddell, age 71, passed away on Wednesday, May 16, 2012 in Mineral Wells. Visitation will be on Sunday, May 20, from 6-8 PM at the funeral home.  Funeral Service will be held on Monday, May 21, at 10 AM at Galbreaith Pickard Funeral Chapel with Mr. James Plowman officiating and burial to follow in the Johnson Cemetery. 
    J L was born on April 28, 1941 to Bert Reddell and Geneva Dobbs Reddell in Weatherford, Texas.  He was resident of Mineral Wells at the time of his death.  J L was an avid outdoorsman who loved hunting and fishing.  He also had a love for horses and air boats.  J L never met a stranger 2 or 4 legged.
      He was preceded in death by his parents, Bert and Geneva Reddell; daughter, Rhonda Reynolds; sister, Elwanda Morgan.
       J L is survived by his daughters, Darla Birdwell and husband, Guy of Perrin and Jeneva Reddell of Haltom City; sons, Tommy Reynolds of Mineral Wells, J L Reddell, Jr. and wife, Nadina of Mineral Wells and Justin Reddell of Mineral Wells; 10 grandchildren and 8 great-grandchildren; sister, Vera Faye Morgan and husband, Bill of Weatherford; brothers, Donald Bert Reddell and wife, Margaret of Weatherford and Wiley Reddell of Weatherford; numerous nieces, nephews and friends.
