Joan Cora Turnbow

Joan Cora Turnbow, age 86, of Weatherford, passed away Thursday, February 26, 2015.   Joan was born on October 26, 1928 in Weinert, TX to Raymond and Eva Jenkins. She was a retired business owner owning a grocery store and a home building company. She was a member of The Church of God, a loving mother, a CPS foster mom, loved to cook, enjoyed gardening and worked hard to provide for her family.
Survivors: Daughter; Linda Sartain and husband Ron of Chandler, TX., sons, Wally Turnbow and wife Beth of Weatherford, Steve Turnbow and wife Christy of Arlington, brothers, Wayne Jenkins of Burleson, Weldon Jenkins of Simenole, TX., ten grandchildren, ten great grandchildren

Graveside: 2pm Tuesday, March 3, 2015 at Pleasant Point Cemetery in Lillian, TX.
