John Patrick Ely, II

John Patrick Ely II, age 76, passed from this life Monday, March 16, 2015 at a local hospital. John was born April 20, 1938 in Pittsburgh, PA to John Ely Sr. and Mary Garrison Ely. He was a member of the Methodist Church, Member of the American Association of Petroleum Geologist, Voted Palo Pinto Father of the Year 1990, Loved Coin Collecting, Fishing, Model Trains, and his dogs.
 
John is survived by her Wife, Patricia Ely of Weatherford, TX, Daughters, Bonnie Darrah of North Richland Hills, TX, Diana Messer of MN, Sons, David Ely of FL, Douglas Ely of MN, David Whaley of Mineral Wells, William Whaley of Mineral Wells, Mark Ely of Crowley, TX, and Sister, Sara Jane Stokes of VA.

 A Life Celebrating Memorial Service will be held Saturday March 28, 2015 in the Couts United Methodist Church at 3 pm.
