John Hebert Woods

John Hebert Woods, age 79, of Fort Worth, passed away April 8, 2019. John was born to William "Bill" and Hallie Woods in Wichita Falls, Texas on November 16, 1939. He was a technical engineer, loved tinkering with electronics, and even built a colored television in the 1970’s. John took care of their Mother until her passing and and was a very proud “Uncle John” to twenty-one nieces and nephews. John is survived by his siblings, Donald Morton and wife Charollette of New Jersey, Buster Joe Morton of Weatherford, Karrene Sorja and husband Larry of San Diego, Willie “James” Woods of Willow Park, Denny Woods and wife Vickie of New Braunfels, and sister in law Patricia Morton of Weatherford. He is preceded in death by his parents and brothers, Charles and Dan Morton. A Memorial Service will be scheduled at a later date.
