Jon Paul Humphreys

Jon Paul “JP” Humphreys, 38, of Weatherford, passed away Saturday morning, September 8, in Weatherford.
Visitation will be held from 6 to 8 p.m., on Wednesday evening, September 12 at Galbreaith-Pickard Funeral Chapel, 913 N. Elm Street, in Weatherford. Mass of Christian Burial will be held at 11:00 A.M., Thursday, September 13, at St. Stephens Catholic Church, 1802 Bethel Road in Weatherford. Burial will private at a later date.
JP was born December 10, 1979, in Weatherford to Daniel W. and Cynthia Humphreys and was a life-long resident of Parker County. He was a graduate of Weatherford High School, Tarrant County College and the University of Phoenix. JP owned and operated Appliance Pro Services in Weatherford which was recently presented the Premier Service Company Award. He was a licensed HVAC technician in both Tarrant and Parker Counties. He was a member of the local BBB and enjoyed supporting his favorite charitable causes including the Wounded Warrior Project, Tarrant Area Food Bank and St. Jude’s Hospital. Most of all, JP will be remembered as a loving and devoted father, brother, and son.
JP is survived by his daughter, Marissa; his mother, Cynthia Humphreys; his brothers, Daniel and Jeffrey Humphreys; nephews, Chance and Keelyn Humphreys; and by numerous aunts, uncles, and cousins.
JP was preceded in death by his father.
