Kathryn "Kathy" Ann Denton

Kathryn Ann Denton, 74, went to be with her Lord and Savior on Wednesday, March 7, 2018, at her home.

A graveside service will be held at 10:00 a.m., Saturday, March 10, 2018, at Poe Prairie Cemetery in Millsap, Texas.

Kathy was born on July 27, 1943, in Fort Worth, Texas to Lloyd and Velma Barrow. She was a professional bookkeeper and entrepreneur. She loved reading and playing the piano, but her passion was spending time with her family and friends.

Kathy is survived by her two sons, Les Denton and wife, Tina of Vernon and Bryan Denton of Fort Worth; and by her grandchildren, Channing and Codie Denton of Vernon and Ty and Natalie Denton of Krum, Texas. She also is survived by three great grandchildren, Kylie and Gemma Catherine Denton, daughters of Channing and Codie Denton, and Brody Denton, son of Ty and Natalie Denton.

She was preceded in death by her parents, her husband of 43 years, Gerald Denton, and her brother, Don Barrow.

Memorials can be made to Hospice or the American Cancer Society.
