Kathryn Elizabeth Lain-Tidbeaux

  Kathryn Elizabeth Lain-Tidbeaux, age 29, passed from this life on Sunday, May 26, 2024. Kathryn was born November 1, 1994, in Weatherford, Texas, to her devoted parents, Frank Lain, III and Tammie Morgan.

  Katie's vibrant spirit and light was felt by all. She loved her husband, family and friends beyond measure. She loved her fur babies and was an animal lover big or small. She was a kind soul who would do anything for those she loved and even those she'd barely met. Her smile and laughter lit up a room. 

  Katie was an avid reader and wanted to open a book store one day to share her passion. She also found joy in quilting, and various crafting endeavors, her latest being needlepoint. 

  Kathryn was preceded in death by her stepmom, Kristine Lain, and uncle, Matthew Morgan.

  Kathryn is survived by her cherished husband, Dustin Tidbeaux of Boyd, Texas; father, Frank Lain, III of Lakeland, Florida; mother, Tammie Morgan of Weatherford, Texas; siblings, Frank Lain, IV and wife, Alysa, Kylie Lain, and Amanda Segree; grandparents, Tommie and Verda Morgan; grandmother, Julia Hall; nieces, nephews, cousins, aunts, uncles, countless friends; and not forgetting her cherished fur babies.

  A heartfelt memorial service to celebrate Katie's life will take place on Friday, May 31, 2024 at 2:00 p.m., at the Galbreaith Pickard Funeral Chapel in Weatherford, Texas. The service will be officiated by Cameron Hale.
