Kenneth "Gerald" Kidwell, age 88, passed away Sunday, October 2, 2022 at Texas Health Harris Methodist Hospital Fort Worth. Affectionately known as Gerald to all, he was born April 20, 1934, in Kansas City, Kansas to Elac Kidwell and Norma (Jeffries) Kidwell. Gerald proudly served in the United States Navy and was a Korean War veteran. Following his military service, he made a successful career as an engineer. Gerald and his family enjoyed life and resided in Weatherford, Texas for thirty years. He will be greatly missed by all who knew and loved him.
Gerald is survived by his son, Jeffrey Kidwell of Willow Park, Texas; daughter, Carla Kidwell of Willow Park, Texas; daughter, Leslie Hull and husband, Darrell Hull; granddaughter, Madison Cardenas and husband, Austin Cardenas; granddaughter, Mallory Hull; granddaughter, Macie Hull; great-granddaughter, Saylor Cardenas; and brother, Bill Kidwell.
Gerald was preceded in death by his parents and his beloved wife, Jean Kidwell.
