Kenneth Roger Phelan

Kenneth Roger Phelan, 68, of Weatherford passed away Monday, September 16, 2019. Graveside service: 3pm, Thursday, September 19, 2019 in East Greenwood Cemetery. Visitation: 6-8pm, Wednesday at Galbreaith Pickard Funeral Chapel. Kenneth was born September 30, 1950 in Weatherford to Larence and Jewell Fulks Phelan. He retired from the City of Azle and Parker County Precinct #4. Kenneth took pride in taking care of his granddaughter Krysta, enjoyed visiting with family and friends as well as eating at R & K. He was preceded in death by his dad, Larence; his wife Faye and his daughter, Tara Jo Phelan. Kenneth is survived by his mother, Jewell; son, Kevin and girlfriend, Shelly Alcorn; granddaughters, Krysta Phelan and Natosha Ann Phelan and husband Riley Gustafson; great grandchildren, Mattie, Jaylie and Blakely Gustafson.
