Lacy Wayne Gomillion, age 62, of Weatherford, entered the gates of Heaven Sunday afternoon, August 12, 2012 at his residence. Born September 15, 1949 in Wichita Falls, a resident of Weatherford for many years. Lacy graduated from Graham High School in 1968 where he was a great football player. He joined the US Marine Corp where he served in the Vietnam War. He sold produce in California (where he met his wife Cindy), before retiring as produce manager for Albertsons in Weatherford. He was an ordained Minister, Sunday School teacher and member of the Heritage Baptist Church in Weatherford. Lacy loved serving the Lord and spending time with his family. His first love was soul winning. Every time he had to get chemotherapy treatments he would be witnessing to other patients and staff. He has touched so many lives, even to the end.
