Larry Douglas Levsen

Azle, Texas - Larry D. Levsen, 76, passed away on March 31, 2022.

Larry grew up on a farm in Jones County, IA. He graduated from Olin Consolidated High School, University of Iowa (BS) and University of Southern California (MS). He was the son of Leo and Geraldine Levsen. Larry was an electrical/aeronautical engineer last working with Northrup Drummond. Larry’s interest included Lionel trains, road trips, and his beloved dogs. Larry was a man of few words but could always be depended on by all who knew him.

Larry is survived by his wife Connie Levsen, sister Deanna Butterworth (David), and several nieces/nephews: Lisa Davis (Brian), Shannon Jamison (Jason), Kelly Cole (Logan), Melisa Hart, Scot Hart (Lauren), and Robert Sickler 111 (Cheryl).

A memorial service will be held Wednesday, April 6, at 3 PM, Galbreaith-Pickard Hilltop Chapel, 4941 E. I-20 Frontage Rd., N., Willow Park, TX 76087.
