Leita Faye Collins

  Leita Faye Collins, 90, of Weatherford passed away Wednesday, November 7, 2018, at College Park And Rehabilitation Care Center. Leita was born December 22, 1927, in Fort Worth, Texas to Fred Pawley, Sr. and Erma Fitzgerald Pawley. She was an in home caregiver and a 67 year member of The Order of The Eastern Star. 

  Leita was preceded in death by her parents; her husband, Jake Collins; and her siblings, Freddie Pawley, Jr., June Young, and Dub Pawley.

  She is survived by her children, Pamela Lee, William (Bill) Collins and wife, Dianna, and James (Jim) Collins and wife, Beth; grandchildren, Joel Collins and wife, Nikki, Rusty Collins and wife, Cheryl, Jonathan Collins and wife, Chrissy, Joshua Cooper and wife, Jamie, and BreAnn Hooper and husband, Jeff; great-grandchildren, Jaxon, Kinsley, Brilee, Grady, Gavin, William, Paisley, Nathan, Liam and Joshua. Leita is also survived by her niece that was raised as her sister, Jeannette Mathis and husband, Aubrey, and their daughters, Ronnette, Leah, and Christy.

  Memorial service 2:00 p.m., Wednesday, November 14, 2018, at College Park Rehabilitation and Care Center, 1715 Martin Drive, Weatherford, Texas 76086. The family would like to express their appreciation for the excellent care Leita received over the last three years.
