Leo Fredrick Swihart passed away Monday, January 28, 2013 in a Weatherford care facility.  Leo was born July 11, 1920 in Independence, Missouri.
 
Leo lived most of his life in Oklahoma City. He was a veteran of the United States Air Force.  Leo was a section chief at Tinker Air Force Base and retired from the Civil Service. While working at Tinker, Leo met his wife, Aubrey Allen Blackburn.  He and Aubrey were married 54 years.  Upon retirement from the civil service, Leo and Aubrey spent many winters in Brownsville, TX.
 
Leo leaves to cherish his memory, his sons, Joe Blackburn and wife Mary of St. Louis, MO and Steve Swihart and wife Linda of Weatherford, TX; daughters, Sherry Britz of Spokane, WA; and Peggy Danford of Vancouver, WA; brother-in-law Earl Allen and wife Robbie of Broken Bow, OK and Tom Allen and wife Toni of Broken Bow, OK; sister-in-law, Alene Allen of Broken Bow, OK; nine grandchildren, seven great-grandchildren and several nieces, nephews and many friends.
 
Graveside services will be at 2:00 pm Saturday, February 2, 2013 at Hochatown Cemetery in Oklahoma.
