Lewis L. Reeder, 91, of Weatherford, died Wednesday, February 04, 2009, in a local nursing center. Mr. Reeder was born May 8, 1917, in Bridgeport, Texas, to Richard and Hazel Reeder.
Lewis worked in aircraft assembly and was a professional bull rider for many years.
He is survived by his daughter, Janet Harwell of Round Rock; son, Micheal Reeder of Weatherford; nine grandchildren, including Josie Reeder and Kim Pulse, both of Weatherford; many great grandchildren; several great great grandchildren; and life long friend, Margie Brown.
Graveside service will be held 2:00 p.m., Friday February 6, 2009, at Zion Hill Cemetery.
Visitation will be 6:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m., Thursday, at the funeral home.
