Linda Ann Green, 57, gained her precious angel wings peacefully at home, Monday, May 9, 2022. Linda was born August 16, 1964, in Weatherford, Texas, and graduated from Weatherford High School in 1982.
Linda was a loving wife, mom, and nana; she lived solely for the precious time spent with her family and watching her grand babies grow up. There was nothing she loved more than having the family all together and her smiling face was proof. She displayed a servant's heart through her acts of kindness, and she was always there to lend a helping hand to those in need. She was an amazing woman, and an even more incredible Mom and Nana. Anyone that knew Linda, knew that she would do anything and everything for every other person in this world before herself. She loved with all her heart and fought with every last ounce of strength she had and she never gave up. She will always be the strongest person we know.
Linda took pride in her family. She adored her family and friends and will be missed dearly by everyone who knew her, and every heart she touched.
Linda was preceded in death by her parents, Martha Ritter and Charles Carter, and her beloved brother, Toy Carter.
Linda is survived by her husband, Jimmy Lee Green, of almost 28 wonderful years; Her sister, Penny Morgan; her children, Tiffney Frazier and husband, Doug, Cody Pierce, Amanda Small and husband, Jessie, Kaden Green and wife, Taylor, Chasity Earley and husband, Nick, JD Green, and Joshua Green; aunt, Uleta Walker; uncle, Raymond Walker; cousins, Randy Walker, Rocky Walker, Ronnie Walker, Terry Cohron; and 13 wonderful grandchildren, with one soon to arrive. Her legacy will continue in all of us.
“Your wings were ready, but our hearts were not…”
The family will have a private viewing with A Celebration of her Life Saturday, May 14, 2022.
