Linda R. Puckett, age 70, passed away from this life on Saturday, September 23, 2023. Linda was born May 15, 1953, in Columbia, South Carolina to Dale and Pearl Ringo.
She spent her life working to benefit the care and wellbeing of others; she was a dedicated wife and she had love for her family and friends.
Linda enjoyed long car rides, being outdoors, especially swimming, and spending time with her husband, Jimmy.
She will be remembered for her loving nature and her expressive personality. Linda was loved by many, and she never met a stranger.
Linda is survived by her beloved husband of forty years, Jimmy Puckett of Weatherford, Texas; daughter and son-in-law, Tammy Jean and Scott Calhoun; daughter, Lisa Kaye Bailey; four grandchildren, Justin Calhoun, Cortney Dickey, Chase Bailey, and Amber Warner; many great-grandchildren; and other loving family and friends.
A memorial service will be held at 10:00 a.m., Saturday, October 7, 2023, at Galbreaith Pickard Funeral Chapel, 913 North Elm Street, Weatherford, Texas 76086, officiated by Rusty Calhoun.
