Loretta June Liles

Loretta June Liles joined the love of her life Terry in heaven at age 81, Tuesday, April 12, 2022. Loretta was born April 20, 1940, in Mineral Wells, Texas, to Roy Fowler and Hazel Gradford Fowler.

Loretta took pride in being a homemaker and staying home raising her three sons. She enjoyed taking care of her family and was often in the kitchen cooking delicious meals and desserts. Loretta was also quite the artist and especially loved painting. She was always there to lend a helping hand to her family and friends and never met a stranger. Loretta found her true joy in life when she became a granny and has left her legacy for her family to carry on.

Loretta was preceded in death by her parents.

Loretta is survived by her sons, Steve Smith of Weatherford, Texas, Robbie Liles and wife, Loraine of Azle, Texas, and Dwayne Smith and wife, Christy of Weatherford, Texas; brother, Freddie Fowler of Arlington, Texas; grandchildren, Diana Kuritz, Kristy Hawkins, Kimberly Farson, Lashae Howse, Jesse Smith, Justin Smith, and Macie Smith; 18 great-grandchildren, six great-great grandchildren.

Visitation 6:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m., Sunday, April 17, 2022, at the Galbreaith Pickard Funeral Chapel.
Funeral Ceremony 10:00 a.m. to 11:00 a.m., Monday, April 18, 2022, at the Galbreaith Pickard Funeral Chapel.
Graveside Service 2:00 p.m. to 3:00 p.m., Monday, April 18, 2022, at Woodland Park 3600 S Oak Ave., Mineral Wells, Texas 76067.
