Loyd Dale Hamilton

Loyd Dale Hamilton, age 87, of Weatherford, died Thursday morning, July 31, 2014 in a local nursing facility.  Born October 8, 1926, a resident of Weatherford most of his life.  He was retired as owner of L & E Enterprises, former salesman for Hamilton Tires, a member of the Disciples of Christ Church, Masonic Lodge, Moslah Shrine, active in the DeMolay Program and he was an U. S. Army Veteran. Loyd loved children and helped many people get accepted to the Shriners Hospital.  He was preceded in death by his wife, Evalyn Hamilton, father, Charles Hamilton, mother, Ether Hamilton, step-mother, Florene Hamilton, sister, Pauline Hamilton, brothers, Gifford Hamilton, Elwood Hamilton and Marshall Hamilton.

Graveside service will be held at 10 AM, Monday, August 4, 2014 in the East Greenwood Cemetery.  . Visitation will be 4-6 PM, Sunday, August 3, 2014 at the funeral home.
