Margaret Ellen Giles

Margaret Ellen Giles, 100, of Weatherford, passed away early on Wednesday, November 1, 2017, in Weatherford.

A Graveside Committal Service celebrating her life will be held at 11:00 a.m., Friday, November 3, at the Memory Gardens, west of Weatherford. Galbreaith Pickard Funeral Chapel is handling the arrangements.

Margaret was born August 8, 1917, in Anson, Texas to Clifford Reginal and Bertie Tarver. She had a passion for dancing and did so well into her 90’s! Most of all, Margaret will be remembered for being a loving wife, mother, grandmother, and great-grandmother who cherished time spent with her family.

Margaret is survived by her daughter, Julia Henderson; grandchildren, Rex Henderson, Mark Mc Daniel and David McDaniel; and by several great-grandchildren.

In addition to her parents, Margaret was preceded in death by her husbands, Bart Henderson and Bill Giles; by her children, Jennye Henderson Burdick and Reginal Henderson; and by several brothers and sisters.
