She married Horace Cecil Tankersley November 19, 1966. Mrs. Tankersley was a Baptist and a member of the Eastern Star chapter 274 in Brock. She was preceded in death by her parents and a sister, Alene Adcox. Mrs. Tankersley is survived by her Husband, Cecil Tankersley; sisters, Sandra Boucher and Shirley Hartley and husband, Charles and a number of nieces, nephews, aunts and cousins.
