Marjorie Abena Hancock

Marjorie Hancock, 76, of Fort Worth passed away Friday, Oct. 15, 2010, at a Weatherford nursing facility. Marjorie was born June 27, 1934, in Johnson County, where she lived most of her life. She was a bartender for Gators in Fort Worth. Marjorie was preceded in death by her parents, Barney L. and Ona Byars Lee, and her daughter, Sherry Hancock. Survivors: Son, JW Hancock and wife, Juenna Gayle, of Weatherford; sister, Pat Thedford and husband, Connell, of Hurst; brothers, Bill Lee and wife, Rosemary, of Godley, Charles Rhea Lee of Haltom City and Don Lee and wife, Carolyn, of Arlington; granddaughters, Aimee Hancock and Charity McKee.
 
Service: 3 p.m. Thursday in Galbreaith-Pickard Funeral Chapel.
