Mary Joyce Hisey

Mary Joyce Hisey, 83, passed away Wednesday, January 28th, 2015. She was born in Taft, Texas in 1931 and graduated from Taft High school in 1949. She married Horace Hisey in 1949 and lived in Taft until 1972 when the family moved to Weatherford, Texas where they became owners of Hisey Egg Farm.  They also owned Steele Creek Egg Farm in Morgan, Texas.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Horace Hisey; and son Kenneth Hisey.
Survivors: son, James Hisey and wife Janice; daughter, Gail Hisey; daughter-in-law, Rhonda Hisey; granddaughters, Nikki Clark and husband Doug, and Courtney Hisey; Grandson, Kenneth Leyerly; two great-grandchildren; and several nieces and nephews.


Graveside service 10am Friday, January 30th at Memory Gardens Cemetery in Weatherford. Visitation 6-8pm Thursday, January 29th at Galbreaith Pickard Funeral Chapel.
