Maudie Angeline Sellman, 84, passed away Sunday, May 20, 2018, with family by her side in Carrollton.
Graveside service: 11 a.m. Wednesday in Curtis Cemetery.
Maudie Angeline Sellman was born June 19, 1933, in San Saba, the eldest of five children to the late T.L. and Gracie Maud Bessent Brown. She had many loves, first and foremost was God and her family. But in addition to that, Maudie made pottery and dolls and loved gardening, especially building rose gardens. Throughout her life, Maudie was a member of the Full Gospel Church.
Maudie was preceded in death by her husband, Bill Sellman; a son, Wade Earl Graves; a daughter, Carol Graves; and her parents.
Survivors include her children, Diana Graves of Denver, Colo. and Steve Graves and wife, Judith, of Lewisville; ten grandchildren; nine great-grandchildren; sisters, Margie Chittenden of Justin, Sandy Maughn and husband, John, of Weatherford, and Debbie Balch and husband, Bob, of Wichita Falls; brother, Garmon Lee Brown and wife, Janice, of Justin; and a host of loving family and friends.
