Mavis Ann McCoy

Mavis Ann McCoy 81, of Peaster, Texas passed away peacefully at home on August 8, 2022 at 8pm with God and family by her side. Mavis was born on July 15, 1941 in Chattanooga, Tennessee. 

She was preceded in passing by her mother, Nellie Mae Pritchett; father, Robert Pritchett; sister, Arley Jean McDowell, all of Dalton, Georgia; brother, Steven Pritchett of Chattanooga, Tennessee, and brother, Bob Pritchett of Lake Worth, Texas. Mavis “Ann” had a wonderful and fulfilling life. 

She is survived by her husband and best friend of 53 years, Ronn McCoy. She was loved and will be greatly missed by their five children, twelve grandchildren, and ten great grandchildren. She is also survived by two brothers and one sister. She had a close relationship with their church family who held a special place in her heart.
