M.C. Tillery

M.C. Tillery, age 85, passed from this life Sunday, December 25, 2016 in Weatherford, Texas. M.C. was born September 17, 1931 at home in the Lazy Bend community, to Robert and Ruby Tillery. He was a retired long-haul Truck Driver for Merchants Fast Motor Lines. During his life he enjoyed hunting, fishing, camping, watching professional sports and driving fast cars. M.C. was raised in the Baptist Church and at one point served as a church deacon.

M.C. is survived by his daughter, Debbie Barnett and husband Greg of Oklahoma City; sisters, Mae Sosbee of Weatherford, Jean Darter of Graford; niece/caregiver Kim (Tillery) Harwell of Mineral Wells and a host of other family members and friends.

A Celebration of Life Service is at 10:00 a.m., Thursday, December 29, 2016 at the Galbreaith Pickard Funeral Chapel in Weatherford.
