  Michael Jay Clark passed away at home, Friday, December 27, 2013, surrounded by his loving family. Born May 4, 1951, in Kewanee, Illinois, to Homer “Bud” Clark and Maxine Long Clark; Michael was one of four children. 

  Michael served four years in the Army. A proud member of Greenwood Baptist Church, he spent most of his life as a Facilities Director. Michael married his bride of 16 years, Nancy Stovall, and together they blended their families and lived in the Weatherford area. 

  Michael leaves behind his bride, Nancy; their son, Travis Clark and his wife, Heather; step daughter, Stephanie Hines and her husband, Mark; step son, Richard Sanders and his wife, Lara; grandchildren, Jase Clark, Owen Hines, and Sonia and Decker Sanders; his mother, Maxine Long Clark; his sister, Joy Swanson and her husband, Rick; and brothers, Jerry Clark and his wife, Barbara, and Gary Rausch and his wife, Lynn.

  Michael was preceded in death by his father, Homer “Bud” Clark.

Funeral Services will be Thursday, January 2, 2014, at 10:00 a.m., at Greenwood Baptist Church, with interment at Memory Gardens, in Weatherford, Texas.
