Michael Sean Friday

Michael Sean Friday, 55, of Aledo, Texas, passed away January 20, 2016, at his home. 
 
Michael was born October 18, 1960, in Rhodesia, Africa.  He was the eldest of two sons born to Brian and Mary Friday.  Michael lived in England, Canada, and eventually moved to Dallas, Texas where he spent the majority of his life.  In his early years, Michael worked as a welder for Dresser Industries, Raytheon, and more recently worked for the Overhead Door Company as an installer.
 
In his spare time, Michael enjoyed playing pool and attending car shows.  He was a ‘kind and caring man’ who always offered a helping hand to anyone who needed it.  Michael recently found his faith in Jesus Christ.
 
Michael is survived by his children, Kevin (Rebecca) and their children, Emily, Hannah, and Grace, Jennifer (Chance) and their children, Sarah and Ian, and Sherman.  He is also survived by his mother, Mary Friday and brother, Jonathan Friday who reside in England.  Michael was preceded in death by his wife, Joni Sherrod Friday; and by his father, Brian Friday.
 

Visitation will be held on Saturday afternoon, January 30, 2016, from 2:00 until 5:00 P.M., at the Galbreaith-Pickard Funeral Chapel, 913 N. Elm Street, in Weatherford, TX, with no formal services
