Milton Ray Kitchens, age 59, passed away Friday, October 24, 2014. Milton was born May 14, 1955 in Mineral Wells, TX to Cecil and Ruth Kitchens.
Ray got his GED late in life, then his Associate’s degree, and became a LCDC (licensed chemical dependency counselor) to help those who struggled with substance abuse. He most recently worked at the Abode Treatment Center in Fort Worth, Texas. He loved making people laugh, going fishing, and spending time with his two children. He had a lot of love for life.
Milton is survived by his mother, Ruth Knighten of Arlington, TX, daughter, LeAnn Kitchens of Fort Worth, TX, son, Charles Kitchens of Weatherford, TX, brother, Jerry Kitchens of Arlington, TX, brother, Mickey-Wayne Kitchens of Fort Worth, TX, and brother, Randy Kitchens of Arlington, TX.
Funeral Ceremony 10:00 am. Thursday, October 30, 2014 at the Galbreaith Pickard Funeral Chapel with interment in the Mount Marion Cemetery near Strawn, TX.
