Oleta Mae Allen

Oleta Mae Rockwell Allen, 95, went home to be with her Lord and Savior, January 27,
2010. She was born April 17, 1914 to Hobb and Runa Rockwell, in Dennis, Texas. After
graduating from Dennis High School, she moved to Fort Worth, Texas, where she worked as an Accuracy Control Clerk for Montgomery Wards for 30 years. After retirement, she moved to Weatherford, Texas.
 
She was a member of the Southside Baptist Church. She was preceded in death by her parents; husband, J. V. Allen; and brother, Bill Rockwell. Oleta is survivrd by her daughter, Jolene Gibson and husband, Charlie of Weatherford; two grandchildren, Susan Robertson of Fort Worth; Tanya Davis and husband Sammie, of Weatherford; five great-grandchildren, Justin Cohlmeyer and wife, Krista of Dallas; Ryan Cohlmeyer and Laura Cohlmeyer of Fort Worth; Paige Davis of Lubbock and Megan Davis of Weatherford; and nephew, Kenney Rockwell of Keller.
Funeral service: 2:00 pm, on Saturday, January 30, 2010 in the Galbreaith Pickard Funeral Chapel with Dr. Nancy Cearley and Pastor Gaylan McClellan officiating.

Interment: East Greenwood Cemetery.
