Orva Boyles Bodiford

Orva Boyles Bodiford, 86, of Weatherford, died Tuesday, October 09, 2007 in Fort Worth. Orva was a homemaker. Throughout her life raising three daughters, Orva worked in the medical field for  Dr. Lloyd G. Ripley, administrator of two Weatherford nursing homes and worked several years for the County Clerks office. She was a life Member of the Beta Sigma Phi, the Grace 1st Presbyterian Church of Weatherford and the Millsap Heritage Society. Orva and Cleo enjoyed many wonderful happy years with family and friends at their Possum Kingdom lake house. She is preceded in death by her parents, Edd and Ella Boyles, and her husband of 39 years, Cleo Bodiford . Survivors: Daughter, Juda Sands of Fort Worth, Debra Murray and husband Mark, of Dallas, Ronda Cain and husband Rick of Wichita Falls, sister Doris Long of Mission; brother, Marvin Boyles of Mission five grandchildren, Shep Sands and wife Traci, John David Sands and Erica, Neal Murray John Tyler Cain, Conner Cain, four great grandchildren, Carter, Chloe, Catherine and Cayce along with devoted nieces and nephews       Funeral service 2:00 P.M. Friday, October 12, 2007 in the Grace 1st Presbyterian Church in Weatherford. Interment in Memory Gardens, Visitaton 6-8 P.M. Thursday at Galbreaith Pickard Funeral Chapel. Galbreaith Pickard Funeral Chapel in charge of arrangements.  

In lieu of flower, donations can be made to the Millsap Heritage Society of Grace First Presbyterian Church.
