Patricia Anne Kincaid Holt, 90, of Weatherford, passed away Sunday, May 30, 2021, at her residence. She was born December 10, 1930, in Weatherford, to Henry N. Kincaid and Fannie “Lula” Browder Kincaid.
Pat was a lifelong member of Couts United Methodist Church and was very active in the Wesley Guild along with teaching class, choir and singing at funerals. Her career started with the City of Weatherford in the Water Department and advanced to working in Mayor Jim Wright’s office. From there she went on to McQuerry Trailer Company, KoreKelly Oil & Gas, and last, she and her friend, Eleanor Hill, purchased Open House, a bridal and gift store, where they served the community for over 25 years with excellent products and service. After retiring, she occupied her life with volunteer work at the hospital and many activities with Parker County Women and Newcomers Club, both community minded and for pleasure.
In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, E. O. Holt, as well as her sisters and brothers in law, Wanda and G.G. Grant, and Faedelle and Jack York.
She is survived by her children, Becki Lee and husband, Doyle, Steve Holt, and John Holt and wife, Carla; grandchildren, Don, Matt and wife, India, Sara, and Alex; great grandchildren, Harper Anne, Hudson Daniel, Tiffany, Sophie, and Ally; nieces and nephews, Larry, Kathleen, Myron, and Kean. Pat is also survived by her longtime family friend, Jim Hill, and his family, along with many other close friends.
Graveside service: 2:00 p.m., Wednesday, June 2, 2021, at Memory Gardens Cemetery, with Rev. Marilyn Jones officiating.
