Patricia Irene Kennedy

Patricia Irene Kennedy of Weatherford, passed away June 6, 2016. She was born November 3, 1944 in Chattanooga, Tennessee to Clarence and Mary Back-Cobb. Patricia was preceded in death by her husband Robert "Smoke" Kennedy and is survived by sisters Brenda J. Cobb-Osborne, Mary Lee Cobb-Essary and husband Charles Essary, brother Lloyd Cotman, daughter Beverly Condra-Shirah and husband Stan Shirah of Georgia, son Hud S. Gibbins of Houston and daughter Romy L. Sears and husband Lee Sears of Weatherford. She had seven grandchildren and three great-grandchildren.
Patricia lived in Texas for fifty years, she was a dance instructor for Lavonia Bellah Studio in Fort Worth and later worked as an apartment manager in residential management in Fort Worth and Dallas. She had a flair for life and loved her dog Prada, dancing (especially the Foxtrot), shopping, socializing, Christmas and marking her birthday on home calendars of her friends and family. She had a sense of humor that appealed to young and old alike; the friends of her grandchildren Heylee and Reese Sears all referred to her as "the Nauna." She is missed and now she knows all our secrets; Rest in Peace, Patsy we love you.
