Patricia was a gifted artist, a floral designer most of her life, and also wrote a few poems and short stories. At age 54 she received her AA in Fine Arts from Weatherford College, where she made the Dean's list and Honor roll. She was fiery, determined, a force to be reckoned with, she loved hard, and loved giving gifts. She was not afraid to be exactly who she wanted to be and lived life on her own terms making no apologies for that. She loved dogs and always had a beloved pet dog. Her interests included cooking, sewing, gardening, bird watching, and recycling.
It is her desire to be cremated and buried with her late husband at the Fort Sam Houston National Cemetery in San Antonio, Texas. If you wish, you may donate to her favorite cause, Disabled Veterans.
There will be a committal service at 11:00 a.m., on September 29, 2023, at the Fort Sam Houston National Cemetery, in San Antonio, Texas.
