Patty Kay Crosby

Patty Kay Crosby, 58, of Weatherford passed away Friday March 9, 2012 after a long battle with cancer. She was born February 25, 1954 in Weatherford to Walter K. Oakley and Beverly Curtis.
 
Patty recently retired from secretarial duties for First United Methodist Church in Weatherford. She was also involved with the Threads of Love Program; sewing and providing clothing for infants. Patty had incredible talent for interior and floral designing.
 
She is preceded in death by her father, Walter K. Oakley Sr.
 
Survivors include her husband, Richard; daughter, Stacie Alvarez and son-in-law, Robert Alvarez of Abilene; mother, Beverly Oakley of Weatherford; brother, Walter (Kenny) K. Oakley, Jr. of Weatherford and her precious grandsons, Jacob, Dominic and Luke Alvarez.

Funeral service: 11:00 AM, Tuesday, March 13, 2012 in First United Methodist Church with Rev. Glenn Jones officiating. Interment will follow in Curtis Cemetery. Visitation: 6-8 PM, Monday at Galbreaith Pickard.
