Phillip (Cowboy) Teague

March 20, 1938 — November 2, 2014

Phillip “Cowboy” Teague, 76, of Weatherford passed away Sunday, November 2, 2014 in the local hospital. Mr. Teague was born March 20, 1938 in Greenville, Tennessee to Kenneth and Imogene Teague. Cowboy was the owner of Teague Welding and was a member of Calvary Baptist Church. He enjoyed fishing, going to garage sales, walking two and a half miles every day and having cookouts with his family.  You could find Cowboy every morning drinking coffee at Big Pantry on North Main. He is preceded in death by his parents. His survivors include his wife Nelda; daughter, Phyllis Tiffin and husband Mike of Garner; son, Rickey Teague and wife Becky of Weatherford; sister, Sandy Neal and husband Mike of Greenville, TN; brother, Joe Teague and wife Karen; five grandchildren, Trent, Kevin, Phillip, Will and Amanda.

Funeral service: 10AM, Thursday, November 6, 2014 in the Galbreaith Pickard Funeral Chapel with Bro. Cris Powell officiating.

Interment will follow in East Greenwood Cemetery.

Visitation: 6-8PM, Wednesday at the funeral home.
