Visitation will be from 6:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m., Friday, March 14, 2025, at Galbreaith Pickard Funeral Chapel, 913 North Elm Street, Weatherford, Texas 76086.
A funeral ceremony honoring Phillip's life will begin at 2:00 p.m., Saturday, March 15, 2025, also at the funeral chapel, with burial to follow at Annetta Cemetery.
If you choose, memorial donations may be made to the Weatherford Parker County Animal Shelter or to The Parker County Center of Hope.
