Phillip Reed Privette

Phillip Reed Privette 66, of Weatherford, passed away peacefully at home Monday August 17, 2015 surrounded by his family and loved ones.  Phil was born on December 10, 1948 in Concord, NC.  He obtained his Associates Degree in Business Management, was a member of the Men’s Auxiliary to the VFW Post 4746.  Mr. Privette loved golfing, playing billiards and spending time with his grandchildren.
Phil was fortunate to be together with Judy Privette for 31 years. Phil is survived by his Son, Todd Privette and his wife Faye of Mansfield; Son Evan Privette of Benbrook; Daughter Dana Caldwell and her husband Eric of Benbrook; Son Matthew Privette of Weatherford; Sister Sonja (Susie) Haferkamp of Lakeside; Sister Hope Smith and her husband Randy of Weatherford; Brother Wayne Privette and his wife Sue of Weatherford.  The four children blessed Phil and Judy with seven wonderful grandchildren that Phil loved to spoil. 
Phil is preceded in death by his parents Charlie and Lila Privette and his sister Eileen Cudd.




Memorial Service 11:00am Saturday, August 29, 2015 at Galbreaith Pickard Funeral Chapel.  Max Kassera will officiate.  In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to St. Jude’s Children’s Hospital.
