Pollye Smith

  Pollye Smith, beloved mother, grandmother, and friend, went to her eternal home February 27, 2013. Pollye was born August 1, 1928, in Marfa, Texas, to Arthur and Ginger Kelly. 

  Pollye lived most of her life in San Angelo, Texas, but moved to Weatherford, Texas in 2009 to be closer to her family. She was a member of South Main Church of Christ, where she served diligently as well as a retired elementary school teacher. Her love for serving Christ and love for others were example of what living life is all about as she lived life to the fullest.

  Survivors include her son, Curtis Smith and wife, Sherri of Weatherford; grandchildren, Michelle Sims and husband, Drew of Edmonton Canada, Anthony Smith and Krystal Smith of Belton, Krystle Morgan, and Joshua Morgan of Weatherford, Texas; and great-grandchildren, Chandler Morgan and Betheny Couch of Weatherford, Texas.

  Arrangements are under the direction of Galbreaith Pickard Funeral Chapel

  Funeral Service will be held on Monday, March 4, 2013, at 2:00 p.m., at South Main Church of Christ with Michael Lum officiating. Visitation will be from 4:00 p.m. to 6:00 p.m., at Galbreaith Pickard Funeral Chapel, on Sunday, March 3, 2013.
