Randy Lee VanZandt

Randy Lee VanZandt, age 62, passed away on Wednesday, March 30, 2022. Randy was born on March 14, 1960, in Gainesville, TX to Nathan VanZandt and Claudette Chavers. He worked in freight logistics for many years and retired as a truck driver. When he wasn't driving trucks, he enjoyed spending time fishing.

Randy was preceded in death by his father, Nathan VanZandt and his son, Timothy VanZandt.

Randy is survived by his wife, Debra Elaine VanZandt of Bowie, TX., mother, Claudette Chavers Beard; sons, Curtis Thomas of Weatherford, TX, Allen Thomas of Palestine, TX., Jason Thomas of Arlington, TX, and David VanZandt of Lubbock, TX; sisters, Gina Cantu, and Jana; brothers, Chris Curtis, Monty Curtis, Mike Curtis, Danny Beard, Eric Beard, and Rocky VanZandt; and 11 Grandchildren.

Private services for family will be held on a later date.
