Raymond L. Hamlin

Raymond L. Hamlin, age 90, of Fort Worth, died Thursday evening, September 20, 2012.  He was born May 31, 1922 in Russellville, Arkansas, a resident of Fort Worth for several years.  Mr. Hamlin was a member of the Baptist Church, an avid dancer and he loved his family.  He was a veteran of the U. S. Army Air Corp during World War II.  He was preceded in death by his wife, Mary Hamlin, parents, James and Hattie Hamlin, brothers, Roy Hamlin, Billy Hamlin, Fred Hamlin and a sister, Jewel Barger.

Daughter – Sammie Franks and husband, Jerry of Benbrook
Son – Mark Hamlin and wife, Kathy of Weatherford
Brother – Leon Hamlin of Oklahoma City
Three Grandchildren – Gerald Franks, Charley Hamlin, J. P. Hamlin
Great Granddaughter – Clara Hamlin
numerous nieces and nephews
 

Funeral service will be held at 2 PM, Sunday, September 23, 2012 in the Galbreaith Pickard Funeral Chapel .
 
Graveside and interment will be held at2 PM, Monday, September 24, 2012 in Quinton Cemetery, Quinton, Oklahoma.
